We are happy to cancel any order until it ships.  We try to ship all orders within 24 hours.  If you need to cancel, please call or email us.  

We stand by the quality of all our products.  We know you'll be happy with what you receive.  If you need a refund for any reason, we will be glad to take the product back within 30 days of purchase.  Because of the expense of shipping heavy rocks, the customer is required to pay for return shipping.  We will process all returns and issue credits within 5 days of receipt.
